Thanksgiving IPA 2018

Brew day 11/18/18

Assistance by Wade

6.5G hot liquor
Sparged with a gallon in bucket and added back.

8# 2row
1# oats (high attenuator yeast)
3oz molasses (color and residual sweetness to back up grapefruit)

Og 1042
Fg sub 10

Abv 5ish
Srm 4

Using Chris Gillis Kvek yeast. 
500ml starter on stir for 12 hours.  Ripped
No pitch temp
OG - 1045
FG - 1006-1008

Added one whole, fresh grapefruit zest to keg.

This turned out great...and all.of it got drunked before.i gave any to wade.   He will be getting a hopped sour.
