Blending beer session

1:1:2 plus some unpopped saison.
P1, P2, P3.  Straight to keg.

Sour Mango Milkshake IPA
Bucket - Light beer blend , add lactose and mangos
3G P2 + 1.5G SAISON...haven't added the lactose yet
Could have gone heavier on lactose and mango, but very tasty.  May add mango juice to fermenter.

Session Sour IPA
Keg - Light beer blend, saison
1G P2 + 2G SAISON
DH with 4oz Hull 3/28.  Tasting good.
Turned out great!

4G Imperial Porter (red wine barrel), 1G P1 aged 3 months then pulled a gallon.  Next, added 4.5# sweet black cherry puree with 1c unsweetened cacao.
3/28: cherry low.  Not getting cocoa. Funk coming in.  Needs time.
